Cargo Booking
One Opus delivers value-added services for managing and executing domestic surface distribution tasks. The Domestic Business Improvements Division enhances SDDC’s Global Distribution mission by overseeing every facet of the domestic surface distribution process. This includes developing contracts with surface carriers, assisting shippers with negotiations, and monitoring protective services.
Cost and Billing
Certify invoices for U.S. Central Command (CENTCOM) container detention and reefer maintenance. Oversee the Transportation Discrepancy Report (TOR) system for both Continental United States (CONUS) and Outside the Continental United States (OCONUS). Handle the processing of TORs and claims related to lost or damaged cargo. Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Defense Transportation Regulation (DTR).
Combatant Command (COCOM)
One Opus has specialized technical expertise in using the Integrated Booking System (IBS) for managing global ocean cargo shipments, especially for operations involving deployed Government personnel. Our logistics experts, who typically have over a decade of experience with web-based portals for supply and logistics systems, have been leading the way in sea-freight tracking technologies since 2005. They use advanced automated tools, software, and various ISDDC modules to support the COCOM Support Branch.

Processes and Systems
One Opus oversees the process and systems branch within the International Business Processes, Systems, and Documentation Division, handling ocean cargo documentation and strategic surface transportation systems in both peacetime and wartime. We contribute to the SDDC’s mission and vision by ensuring that all Defense Transportation System (DTS) cargo documentation is submitted promptly and accurately, processing Transportation Discrepancy Reports (TORs) and claims, and updating documentation policies.
